My manager and people within my department. Remote work.

They are making the already-overworked, underpaid Student Affairs departments take on each other's workload. Next thing you know it, they will be asking us to start processing their payments. They are forcing us to do "AI trainings" without even having up-to-date spreadsheets with information on the students. Their "Employee Appreciation Week" is just food perks and not even some gift cards that would be useful for us.
