Pros

Nice folks to work with, easy job

Cons

Sales support can be overwhelming if you don't manage expectations, even if you are in a position that is not related to sales.

Pros

The company was very lenient in letting employees take off for family emergencies, which is extremely rare in corporate America.

Cons

The supervisors were unqualified (they lacked experience and competency). Being the face for poor customer service and getting cursed out by clients who had 45 minute wait times was no fun. Of course this was all due to the company being poor fiscal managers, which resulted in roughly eight people handling technical issues. In addition to being under-staffed, they had extremely poor pay considering the work load. HR will not verify employment or return the calls of employers seeking to verify their former employees work history. Small company scandal and drama.

Pros

The people in the front lines that are fighting the good fight have good esprit de corp...and they are all looking for other jobs. There was a time when the company would provide incentives...but the constant beating the employees take from dissatisfied customers overshadows any crumbs now tossed to them.

Cons

The business plan and products are poorly conceived. The sale performance is abismal. Wages were cut by 5% for staff making less than $100K on 1/1/09. No more 401K contributions. Management has their head in the sand. Marketing plans and concepts are not shared with employees. As of this review (1/5/09), the website still has 2 high level VP's that were sacked on 12/1/08!! No attention to detail at all. Products are unstable and in need of constant repair. The model recycles used equipment that is not properly bench tested causing repeat trips to sites to repair the same things over and over. Profit margins cannot exist given the waste, waste, waste.
