Pros
Family Oriented, Flexible and casual. They try to keep employees involved by doing a lot of outside activities. They are very invloved in charity work and promote that to their employees.
Cons
Not much room for advanacement, compensation doesn't meet that of the market. Sometimes communication from management is lacking and could really use a boost in that arena. Though they want their employees to continue education, they don't compensate if you do obtain a degree
