No room for advancement, cheap on material

It is like a group of family members whom all work together to get the job done in the safest most timely manner. Everyone seems to band together in teaching apprentice's. Western electric has a lot of old school guys willing to put in the work to make sure the apprentice is learning how to perform each task in the most efficient way possible. Safety is top priority with this company.

Most if not all work with western is downtown Calgary, so if you don't like rush hour traffic or congested transit than you'd better hope you're on one of the sites that starts early to be off early.
