This company used to be such a warm, friendly and people focused company, an organization that truly cared out their people and wellbeing. Over the last 12 months, that has changed drastically, and in the last two months it’s been a fast moving downward spiral, the people are just a number now, there is no care aspect shown from senior leadership, there is no care shown for the people or their wellbeing. Staff on all levels are burnt out, there is a lack of resources on all teams in both people and software/technology. No matter how hard people have been advocating and asking for help, they are told no. It’s all about growth and revenue. Which I understand is needed, but the only way you will get that is with people behind the plan.
