As a faculty member, we still work for home and haven't been condemned to Salt Lake City yet.
Cons
Another diploma mill pushing students through as fast as they can. Hierarchical micromanagement is ridiculous. Middle managers have no autonomy over team/employee support & work. Management imposes unrealistic expectations of work load and schedules. Pay and benefits are minimal. No room for career progression or advancement now the President has implemented RTO mandate.
