      Pros

      Long term, dedicated and knowledgeable employees. Most have been there for 8 - 30 years and really care.

      Cons

      Management is so out of touch with methods, means, processes and practices. They run the company based upon a cult-like business method that blinds them to reality and removes common sense from any equation.

      Pros

      Location. Nice people. That is all I can think of, sorry. No raises in a long time. No communication.

      Cons

      Talk about making changes yet haven't upgraded equipment in years. Reward employees for making simple changes such as cleaning out their cubes, yet refuse to address customer service, shipping, quality, etc. issues that absolutely need to be fixed. Had a 45 minute conversation about rush charges when there wasn't a job in the shop!
