Work hour and location flexibility.

Terrible management. They hire people without due diligence and barely support their employees or recognize extra work. You're expected to figure things out on your own and if things go wrong, you're held solely responsible. Other than your coworkers, there is little support. Also, salary is unevenly allocated. You could be doing the same or more work as your colleague and be getting paid less.
