      Pros

      Working for Western Milling is more like having a family than a job. Kevin Kruse is a great owner and very compassionate. The company has integrity and a fun environment.

      Cons

      I would say the only con is the location as there is not much of a metropolitan area close by, so grabbing a quick lunch can be difficult.

      Pros

      Learned a lot about the quality of live stock feed. Work with great people, and management. I gained a lot of skills and knowledge from leaders, and executive team members.

      Cons

      Not enough growth to advance in QA department.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime for everyone

      Cons

      Poor PPE, poor work conditions, terrible upper management (Dan). You are expected to work often more than 60 hours each week, and will be harrassed or fired if management makes a change and then fails to inform you of said change.
