Similarly, we recognize and promote the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible and hybrid work arrangements so that our employees can be there for the things that matter in their personal lives.
In 2022, we launched an in-house Learning and Development Program to promote professional development for all employees at every level of the organization. While we have made great strides toward providing a comprehensive and robust training program, we know that there is still work to be done. We are preparing for the launch of many new learning and development initiatives in 2024, and we know that these programs will contribute to a strong onboarding and training process for our employees. In regard to your comment on wages, we assess our compensation package continuously throughout the year, which includes an analysis based on geographic location of our offices. We do offer a comprehensive benefits package, which combined with yearly profit-sharing bonuses and other bonus incentives based on position, creates our total compensation package that our employees receive for their work.
