Pros
Mr vd Westhuizen is a caring and concerned boss to work for. Onboarding was easy, and I always felt appreciated at WHZ.
Cons
I am more interested in back-end dev work than design and front-end stuff, so scope to grow was a bit limited (although one could say that of most design agencies, so this isn't particular to just WHZ).
