management was terrible and would constantly throw us under the bus for the sake of saving face, and time off was impossible regardless of how far in advance you wanted to ask off for (which usually was only two weeks in advance because they didn't want you to take time). I eventually left because they started scheduling me every day of the week even though that was not my availability and several talks with the manager.
