Pros
Great results, reasonable salaries with great bonus plan. Work hard and get rewarded. Good local employees/managers who overall have the business in their bones and want the place to succeed..... often despite set backs from the higher echelons who think they know what is best.
Cons
Hampered by American views of processes and plans for change that simply don't work well in Europe. Taken over by pentair from Tyco. Pentair do not choose to listen to the people in the business about what works and doesn't work. Redundancy for the majority of the employees in 2016 which totally contradicted the fabulous figures and work ethic the company upheld year in year out.
