Great Work Experience - Inside Sales Representative Westlund Distributing Employee Review

Everyone who works here is great and gets along. Very understanding and they give you a chance. Many of the people here have been here for 5+ years and don't see any sign of leaving any time soon. Low office turnover.

The only thing is pay raises don't happen as often in other businesses. I will take a good work environment any day though.

Tena the customer service trainer is so rude, if you mess up on anything she looks away and lets out a big furstration huff then acts like she did not do anything. Very boring place to work, all you can do is look up cabinet edges and sit there for about 6 hours doing nothing.
