None. It was a great place to work.

Westmount is an excellent company to work for. They treat their employees well, and their compensation and benefits are fairly generous. They hire smart, talented people and they don't micromanage them. Turnover is pretty low. There are career advancement opportunities here for those who want it.

Not much to complain about. It's a well-run firm.
