Pros
Company itself seemed to be ok. Never really had any issues with work details or policies. Initially excited about this opportunity and to make a difference.
Cons
Management will or has been the downfall. For me personally there were guidelines for all staff however management picked and chose to whom they were applicable. The Columbus office has been pretty much hacked away with moving of positions and again I think a lot of this could have been avoided by management.
