Charge you for sales training and license, and they go through a company they own.
They deduct money from pay for bad reviews $50, if you get a good review you get $25. The reviews are not just about you they are about the whole experience from the look of the show room to how the car looks when delivered. If you miss paper work they charge you $50. You only get $89 per car sold. So if you miss paper work and get a bad review your paying for the privilege to sell a car. Also no over time and you will work more than 10 hours a day, and if you take brakes they will give you a yard time.
