Great comradery on Fridays with some of the guys! HR was great in handling the human rights violations.

Cons

He was being forced out and left less than 1 month into my hire; and really, the only reason I started at WestPower. The Leads (floor hands) were amateurs, entitled, out of touch with reality, manipulative and abusive. (senior management didn't know what was up/down or even care) In all my years of experience, I've never experienced anything like that before.

Pros

Before cvoid, they used to have pig roast. The shop folks were friendly and great to work with.

Cons

So many managers, directors, VPs for a company this size. I heard someone died there at work. No room to grow. Management has their favorites.
