I worked at Westridge for several years and I always found it to be a good place to work. I enjoyed the work, only reason I left was because it was just time to move on in my life.

A bad patch of operation changes during my time working there was a bit difficult, but has been smooth ever since. Wouldn't think that would affect business now as it was awhile ago.

Current executive team seem to have an effective plan to get them out of trouble. Quality product once everything eventually arrives and is installed...whenever that is.

Poor morale, non-existent training program, very poor channels of communication, weak reputation in marketplace, ownership that refuses to listen to constructive criticism or suggestions from front line employees, lack of accountability from factory, unacceptable lead times that keep getting pushed out, unfulfilled promises...lots of areas that need improvement.
