      Pros

      Federal Way location, have spent most of my career at Weyerhaeuser. Used to be a great company that valued long time employees.

      Cons

      Moving HQ to Seattle is the worst plan ever. "To attract up and coming talent" they say. They treat long time employees like crap now and are pushing us out the door. Shame on management!

      Little to no training for the actual job, unorganized, outdated, and poorly written reference materials, and unprofessional senior staff that treated training opportunities as excuses to find fault
