      Great 118 year old company. Great products & services. Ethical, responsible, reliable, fair pay, easy to work for, fun, family, profit sharing, great benefits

      Cons

      Big, slow to make changes, not good at holding people accountable, pay based on longevity vs results, so concerned with being black at the bottom, that we step over a dollar to pick up a penny. SAP
