Four days off every week Pay competitive for the area Work is not extremely hard We work four days on, four days off, so when you take vacation, you get 12 days off for every four day rotation you take off
Cons
Long hours, swing shifts expect to work weekends, holidays etc The work is indoor/outdoor combo so, it's hot in the summer (100+ degrees in some places,) and cold in the winter
