In our company, there are many positive aspects, such as a friendly team and opportunities for professional growth, but there are several areas that could be improved. For example, sometimes communication between departments needs refinement to avoid misunderstandings and expedite task resolution.Nevertheless, I am confident that both the employees and the company's management are open to feedback and are willing to work on improving communication, which is crucial for building long-term relationships within the team.
