Some of the concerns mentioned reflect a period earlier in the company's growth when we were still figuring out the right structure for our sales team. Like many growing companies, we tested different approaches as we worked to build a sales model that best supports our customers. There were also leadership hires in different parts of the business that, in hindsight, were not the right long-term fit. Not every decision worked out the way we would have hoped, but those experiences helped shape the structure we have today.
Since then, we've put a lot of focus into improving training and onboarding, including a more robust new hire program and clearer expectations for performance and development. We have seen team members grow into more established roles internally as the company has continued to mature. We regularly ask for feedback through quarterly pulse surveys, and that input has led to meaningful improvements over time.
We are proud of the team we have today and remain focused on continuing to build a company where people can do great work and grow alongside the business.
