Pros
- Generally good office culture with supportive co-workers - Relatively competitive compensation (below market, but not absurdly so) - Most people legitimately know what they're doing
Cons
- Product offering that is severely behind the market (feature set very broad but very shallow) - Unreasonable expectations from management (job duties seem to shift regularly based on whims) - Communication from upper management and executives can be unclear, if they're responsive at all - Little room for growth
