Pros

None there’s nothing positive working here.

Cons

Keeps incompetent staff, pays practically nothing, supervisors who don’t care about their subordinates in any capacity, will overwork you, will keep you past your shift end time even if you have a set in stone time you need to leave, will ignore time off requests no matter how long in advance you set them and no schedule consistency for times or days you work. I’ve had multiple health issues that haven’t presented in years come up working here due to lack of breaks and scheduling me for times where I have no time to eat before my shift. Honestly it’s worse than the Marine Corps about how they treat staff because at least the Marine Corps cared about keeping you functioning even if it was at a minimum.

Pros

At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

Cons

Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
