Pros

Discount on food Weekly pay Benefits at full time Can be opportunities for advancement Fellow employees can be cool

Cons

People are cool, but most of the front-of-house people tend to be lazy and the harder workers tend to pick up the slack that the lazy people leave behind. Pretty typical for most jobs in fast-food/quick service. Some of the managers are a pain to work with and can either make your day easy and fun or make you think about quitting. Benefits are at full time (not a bad thing), but you have to be coded in the computer as full time to receive eligibility. You may work full time hours, but that won't count towards eligibility unless you're coded in the computer as full time. The general manager was terrible. Extremely lazy when he was around. If he wasn't sitting at his desk doing nothing in the small office, he was on vacation. Had no respect for anyone's requested time off or work/life balance AT ALL. Had many of my employees report to me that he has called them into work while on vacation/school/ AT A FUNERAL on MULTIPLE occasions. Ignored many employee's specified scheduling availability resulting in employees not showing up for shifts and wrongful discipline for not showing up.
