Pros
one because of the hot and fresh rule everything be hot and fresh, then i love how everybody on the shift i work get together and work as a team to get the all the order out correctly , hot , fresh and quick , and finally i love working at whataburger because of the manager and the understanding and respect they have for us and is great to me .
Cons
We really don't have to many downsides that i can think of beside the fact when we have worker that want to lack in their work performance and then we have to extra work to do, and thats all do i think that happen everywhere
