The weekly pay!! Opportunity to move up no matter how much experience you have!!
Cons
Come in for my shift and have to clean and stock from the shift before me and its like no one cares at all. They bringing in new employees making more then the ones that been there. No vacations at all for regular employees and nothing showing that your appeciated dont get regular raises as if its coming out of there pockets no matter how hard you work. No respect at all coming from some managers.
