- product is cool with upside - GMV is continuing to grow - Strong investors

- Top of org is basically just the people who were referred/friends with the founders - Management is extremely inexperienced and practicing nepotism --> best talent has been dropping like flies over last 9 months or so - There is no upward mobility --> stopped promoting from within Fall 2022 - Comp is not fair; if you question it or ask for a raise/promotion and try manage your career development, you are viewed as exhibiting bad culture
