      Sometimes working with a partner in a different time zone can be a bit challenging but that's also one of the perks of a global company.

      Pros

      Fast moving and high growth company with a lot of talented folks

      Cons

      The company brought a lot of middle management in during high growth periods which led to the company culture being lost and diluted and ultimately lost a lot of those talented employees who were there since the company was smaller.
