Great opportunity for folks who want to grow quickly and make a sizable impact. Also -- I love the focus on impact that is agreed on throughout the company. Cons
The company is growing rapidly and is remote-first, which comes with the typical challenges of quickly-outdated processes, communication challenges, etc. Won't be the best fit for folks who aren't excited by the startup lifestyle.
