Cons
- the executive team are out of touch. Such as promoting how hard they’re working while minimizing the work of the unsung heroes who have made the migration possible or making us go back into the office 3 days a week starting after Labor Day weekend. They just put a countdown clock on our intranet - like that’s supposed to make us excited. - this company keeps adding more executives and layers of management making it difficult to move quickly, because its approval by committee. Plus the hiring of these extra executives who have yet to prove their value, take away from hiring people who are really needed - the worker bees. - it seems like there’s the “Wheels Way” or no way. Meaning, there is an old way of thinking and presenting ourselves (like from the early 2000) versus new and innovative. - the medical benefits suck. After the merger my legacy company saw less coverage and an increase in medical expenditures. - Bonuses suck. They cut our legacy company bonus by 50%. - they give you a certain number of personal days (ie sick days) and if you don’t use them, you lose them- they no longer rollover.
