Pros

Compensation and office are fine, free coffee and snacks. The service and actual product are at the decent level. People you work with are smart.

Cons

Culture eats strategy for breakfast and the culture is absent. It’s one-man company and always has been. Each department head is trying to guess the CEO’s mood and “Anton said” is every-day mantra. If you are ready to work in this environment, that’s okay, but it’s not gonna last long. Half of people who worked with CEO churned this year. And it happens every year across all functions.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. At Wheely, we strive to foster a positive collaborative culture, and we are sorry to hear that the experience you describe does not fully reflect this. Across all levels, we encourage employees to work proactively and pay great attention to detail. Sometimes this may entail a hands-on leadership style, but this is less about trust and more about ensuring we meet the high standards our clients expect and deserve for the long term success of the business. It would also be fair to acknowledge that, over ten years into our journey, Wheely’s founder-CEO remains incredibly engaged across many different topics. This is a net positive and helps us stay aligned on our mission and deliver on our long term vision for Wheely

Pros

1)The company is very well organaised in terms of onboarding and navigating internally after you join and during your whole working time. 2) The values and goals of the company are clear and you can track your contribution, which is great if you like to feel that you're actually a part of something meaningfull. 3) The product itself is amazing and after working in the company for several years you start comparing with other companies/industries and you can see the value of knowledge and skills that you're getting here. 3) Cross function collaborations are usually helpful and people are hands on to deliver results. 4) Compensation level feels reasonable.

Cons

I couldn't come up with any Cons at this moment. I've recently rejoined the team in another market and I guess that should say it all. I'm enjoying my time at Wheely!

Pros

- Ability to work from different countries where Wheely has an office (7 cities!) - International and diverse team - Supportive and skilled colleagues - I have a great manager who is passionate about their work and leads several teams - Strong onboarding through Wheely Academy with real immersion into the product and service standards - Nice perks like lunches, learning budget, ride allowance, business trips, and medical insurance You should also be ready for a startup-style environment. Things move fast, features are built and released quickly, and the pace is high. If you are coming from a large company, it may take some time to adjust. Not all processes are fully established, and some things are being introduced for the first time.

Cons

- The office atmosphere depends a lot on the people around you. In some teams it feels relaxed and fun, in others it can be more tense. - I would like to have more remote days. Right now there is only one, and the office is not in the city center, so commuting takes extra time. - Teams are not always fully staffed. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for new people to join, and at times take on tasks outside your main role because of limited resources. - There are not many corporate events and the budget for team buildings is quite limited.
