      Training is good if you have experience, coz 2 days only you will be transitioned to the production already. Compensation is okay as long as your met the metrics.

      Challenging to make a sale. Most or Some of the superiors are HEIR TO THE COMPANY if you know what im saying, since thats what ive observe

      Pros

      As a new PM you are empowered cos the training needed is provided. All the assistance needed is given. At the end of the day if the job is not for you then it is not for you. The right skills are required.

      Cons

      The situation may vary depending on the specific case, but the pressure is proving to be quite overwhelming.
