Cons
This company is an example of what can go wrong with a non-existent human resource department. From cursing out employees to prying for personal information, the owner could learn about sensitivity, professionalism, and discretion in the workplace. It is a highly political environment, or as I would describe it, a "rat race." Everyone fears the boss, even members of upper management.
