Good benefits, Small Christmas bonus and you dont have to work holidays. Paid vacation days.
Cons
No profit sharing or any incentives or bonuses besides a small Christmas bonus. Base pay is low and unbalanced, machines are old and beat up and dont work properly. There is a serious case of favoritism, some guys fail drug tests multiple times and continue to be a employee even though they are worthless, While others lose there jobs on they first strike. There is no bonus to work hard at all in anyway in this place... alot of slackers and few hard workers because of tensions due to they pay scales and lack of bonuses. No personal days. Human resources come and go as they please. Hard to get in touch with them even as a current employee. Most unorganized place I have ever worked at and lack they correct amount of equipment accessories and tooling for workers to be productive. They pick and choose who gets promotions and stopped posting job bids on most occasions or alter they bid requirements to fit a single persons job history so they can be they only suitable employee for they position. Scheduling is a complete disaster and can't even go by the posted schedule for the shop most of the time. Have to inquire about when you work with supervisors. That's about 1/3 of they issues but you get the idea.
