      Pros

      Great and understanding team who are aligned to the overarching mission. The organisation works hard to provide premium benefits to their staff too

      Cons

      A lot of the age care homes are in regional NSW so it can be a bit of a trek to get there

      Most staff there are absolutely lovely and very helpful.
