      Pros

      Incredible team: Professional Management, Skilled Operators and Excellent Developers. Team is small and easy to work with. Great work atmosphere, startup culture that is growing.

      Cons

      Lack of Sales/ Marketing team to commit sale of new product and retain customers. Black Car Service providers are up for change, but their own staff have issues with moving to new SAAS based systems.
