Whistl as a company isnt bad really they do provide decent training however the transport office is a disaster. This goes from the planners that are miles away to the managers in there to the people of the front desk giving paperwork out. The problem is the left hand doesn’t have a clue what the right hand is doing which means the drivers suffer. 13/14 hour days on some occasions for the drivers who have specifically asked for no long hours and the lads who are crying out for the long hours they give 9 max. So much needs doing as the division in the office compared to the drivers is huge and whilst there I didn’t hear a driver say one good thing about the job which a lot left within the time I was there. Zero work/life balance
