There is great income potential if you work hard. Business-casual attire and aesthetically pleasing work environment. Small enough to offer a "family" feel. Recruiters work within a team as well as individually. Benefits, perks, people are above-average for the industry.

Very hard to move up in the company because they don't place much emphasis on growth. This is not a huge problem for those who don't care to move into a management role, but if you don't want to solely work a desk for the rest of your life, it can leave you feeling professionally stunted.
