ESOP is legitimately incentivizing, coworkers are skilled and knowledgeable, company doesn't hesitate to give you whatever resources you need.
Cons
Not many, it's a great company. Advancement is difficult because there aren't a ton of incremental steps between your current position and your next one (unless you're an apprentice).
It is an 100% ESOP, stock options, great work environment, very helpful coworkers, will supply you with the tools you need to succeed. Very interesting projects to manage, they put family first
Cons
average health care benefits (small company though), no standards for work process, and very low pay for managers
