Pros

The Serving Staff and Upper Management were Friendly. The food (when i had time to have some) was alright.

Cons

The organisation for the kitchen side is a mess. One Kitchen porter is not enough at the busiest of times, leading to incredibly late finishing times, and lots of stress in the interim. Rotas and timetables are given out at the start of the week, giving VERY little notice. I repeatedly had to tell them that there were certain days i could not work, and yet i repeatedly was given work on these days. Much of the other kitchen staff are rude and lazy about keeping their workspaces clear, leaving me to pick up their slack.

Pros

You are inside a building. When you get a chance to eat, food is good. Over all, honestly, not a bad place to work when and if you get scheduled but count on having more time off than scheduled working times.

Cons

At first you will have plenty of hours scheduled, this is your "training" where you are thrown under the bus, and into the deep end. They do things differently and you're expected to know how they want things served without any training at all. Expect to feel lost, mocked, and treated like you have no idea what you are doing. After about 2-3 weeks expect to be shifted around, hours severely reduced until you are working far less than part time and still treated as undesired because then menu shifts and you still don't know what the recipes are but you need to know how to make them on the fly.
