Pros

You get to work from home, nothing new in the last 2 years.

Cons

They lie to their clients and any client that believes that they’re getting a “sales team” is surely mistaken. Management, ie the one person who is the liar of all liars, will tell the client what ever they want to hear and most of the time the client will believe it, hand over their money until they realize that this company is just an excuse to milk clients dry and then tell them their product is too difficult to sell. A lot of the meetings are fake but management will throw anyone under the bus to rectify the “why the prospect didn’t show up”. They’ll fire anybody intelligent and hire anyone dumb to believe their lives. Do you wonder why you’re paying for no meetings? Well, you will, just give then enough time to tell you, “the meetings are coming, don’t worry”. Liars, lies lies

Lots of variety in the day to day work. Fantastic support. Learn to be a sales hunter. Fair pay. Home office.

Cons

No benefits. You must be a self-starter to succeed.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Fair pay. No micromanagement, unless underperforming. Interesting and diversified client base. Provide adequate tools like ZoomInfo for prospecting.

Cons

Not enough operations support structure. Salesforce CRM support and processes inadequate and cumbersome. No benefits and no company structure to speak of. You feel like your alone on an island. I work well in that structure, but if you don't, you won't succeed here. Some upper management very impersonal and inapproachable.
