Pros

1) Decent salary 2) Okayish clients 3) Free water

Cons

1) Working with White Panda helped me get a step closer to nature. They don't discriminate on the basis of caste, gender, creed or specie. No wonder the employees work along with rats, ants, and flies. God knows what else lurks in the nooks and crannies of that prepossessing porch. 2) The bonny 'workspace' is one of its kind, with best-in-class infrastructure comprising of one single desk and 6 chairs around it forcing you to work in sheer clutter and misery, as you wait for the clock to strike 08:30 and contemplate your life decision. 3) They also provide you with a whopping total of one, unisex, dirty washroom (because, obviously, the tag of a "High Groth-Rate Start-Up" discounts you from providing basic human necessities to your employees), a less than 50-sq-feet area where all the 3/4 members of the tech 'team' work, and a smaller room where people sleep, eat and work in between. Rooms so dim, you almost see your future in the dark as you toil for a MINIMUM of 9 hours, 6 days a week (which they say is being reduced to 5, but no one knows when). 4) Coming to work, there is but one rule. Do what you're told, and do as much as you're told. The place feeds on creativity and blooms monotony. The firm is so fixated to creating value, that its own values have been reduced to mere dust. Matter of fact, if you're talented enough to finish all of your work in 5 hours, you'd still be valued lesser to another employee who spent 10 hours intoto to finish their work because of naps, abnormally elongated food breaks and strolls. Why? Because, 10>5. No more questions. 5) Let's talk about work-life balance. You WILL NOT get time for anything else, be it your side projects, your personal life, your academics, your recreational time (which is utterly necessary if you are an employee of White Panda) or anything at all. This act of belittling employees to mere parts of dysfunctional machinery to work beyond their human limits in the name of a "Start-Up Culture" is sheer madness, and on many levels, wrong. 6) Lastly, let's come to the management. It felt like shouting on a brick wall because it just wouldn't be budge! The management is headed by people who have no experience in the domain. They say that some people cannot survive a 'start-up culture'. In reality, this is miles away from start-up culture. No free-flow of information, no transparency, negative happiness index, and skewed gender ratio. In reality, no sound human can survive in the dingy cells of the firm, and, why would they?
