Pros

- Some talented and supportive colleagues who are dedicated to their work. - Opportunities to work on a variety of projects, offering a range of experiences.

Cons

- Inadequate accountability among team leaders and managers, leading to unresolved production problems and mistreatment of employees. - Lack of transparency regarding employee shares and company financials, leaving employees in the dark about their compensation and rights. - Consistently unfulfilled promises of salary raises and promotions, creating dissatisfaction and low morale. - Instances of employee retaliation when concerns are raised, creating a hostile work environment that stifles communication and growth. - Concerning handling of supervision of underage workers by individuals with criminal backgrounds that legally restrict them from being around minors. - Refusal to implement suggested process improvements that could save the company significant money, despite clear evidence and recommendations. - Threats of legal action against former employees shortly after resignation, indicating a lack of professionalism and an attempt to silence dissent.

Pros

The company helps many customers each year and is always open to trying new things. Always hiring to expand, especially in production

Cons

When you are always open to trying new ideas, sometimes they fail, and you do not know how to fail properly. Long lead times require knowing how to navigate difficult decisions and to approach the customer about missed deadlines.

Pros

Some cool employees. Some ok leads. Interesting projects and work.

Cons

The CEO has made a strategic partnership with... himself. Using a company called Red hawks media. Doesn't sound sketchy at all. And its clearly an AI generated website. That should tell you all you need to know. But it doesn't end there. The management is EXTREMELY toxic. They have and will throw an 8 inch roller cage at you very hard and start yelling at you for Using a 6 inch roller instead. Its constantly slow and fight over work. Leads can sit in a tent and make shelves out of scrap acrylic instead of there actual jobs. And as soon as you are no longer in the click of management. You will feel extremely uncomfortable like they want you to quit so they dont have to pay you unemployment. Because they will try and deny any unemployment. You will also never get even tho they keep promising them.
