In theory, nice to visit patients in their homes for comprehensive assessment.
Cons
Wage theft - didn't receive last paycheck & no response from 4 different staff members, emails all shut down or left company. Clunky, repetitive, disorganized charting and record keeping systems despite their touting themselves as streamlined & logical, tech savvy. Frequent changes that were time consuming to keep up with & sometimes illogical - expected lots of change from a start-up but didn't expect to have to devote hours per week as a provider to understanding new timekeeping or clunky reporting systems that changed week to week.
Schedulers not respecting provider needs or requests, and scheduling complex patients too close together - making you late & having frustrating patients. Having to do, process, & drop off labs without support. Disorganized, inexperienced management out of touch with realities of healthcare & primary care.
