Pros
Smaller company where you have a say in making change. Not as much corporate red tape to deal with. Overall it's a place where if you show up and do your job, you can have stability long term. Good benefits package. Colleagues get along pretty well with one another. Relaxed office environment.
Cons
Nothing really makes the company stand out. They are tied to how successful Plastipak does with their customers. Pretty typical 8-5 office job with not many other perks. No flex time but HR does a good job of understanding family/medical/emergency situations that come up. Career growth is very flat. Unless you get promoted to Plastipak you pretty much stay in the job you started out at. Treated like the red headed step child compared to corporate.
