I loved the support I received from Carina. She was always available to assist me in some of the most complex searches. Also, working in the green space was amazing and I really loved the people within that industry.

The work gets addicting so you can't help but to work on the weekends. It was not bad, but the work was consistent and there was a lot of it. Also, the training was intense and long and we had to continually have meetings about perfecting our recruiting strategies, candidate service and client service. We were asked to respond to emails within 2 hours, which can be tough. Good training but a lot of it.
