Pros
Great environment to build varied work-experience to spring-board elsewhere. Develop a plan on how long you plan to stay, what your goals are while there, etc. and it can be an excellent stepping stone toward something much better.
Cons
Awful Management, poor benefits, long hours, low pay. Public accounting is a grind but management tries to get every ounce out of you. They'll promise you the moon with a smile on their face but never deliver. Now it's just another big corporate public accounting mill.
